GCK低压抽出式开关柜适用于交流50(60)Hz,额定工作电压小于等于660V.额定电流4000A及以下的控配电系统，作为动力配电、电动机控制及照明等配电设备。产品符合GB7251.1. GB/T23359、 JB/T9661等相关标准。

GCK low voltage draw out type switch cabinet is suitable for control and distribution system with AC 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage less than or equalto 660V, rated current 4000A and below, as power distribution, motor control, lighting and other distribution equipment. The products conform toGB7251.1, GB/T23359, JB/T9661 and other relevant standards.

结构说明

开关柜基本结构组合装配式，柜体由C型材组装而成，水平母线放置柜顶，顶盖可开启，方便施工;柜体装有后门,采用后出线方式，使电缆上、下进出均十分方便,安装、维修更便捷。柜体防护等级IP4X,抽屉采用带]操作方式,采用第三代最新操作机构, --二次插件安全可靠。单元回路额定电流最大可以做的800A以下，其中1/2单元抽屉最大电流可达到125A。

Structure

The cabinet body protection grade is |P4X, the drawer adopts the dooroperation mode, adopts the third generation latest operating mechanism, and the primary and secondary plug-in is safe and reliable. The rated current ofunit circuit can be made under 800A, of which the maximum current of 1 / 2 unit drawer can reach 125A.

◆整柜采用拼装式组合结构，模数孔安装，零部件通用性强、适用性好、标准化程度高。

◆柜体上部为母线室，前部为电器室，后部为电缆进出线室,各室间有间隔板做隔离，以保证安全。

◆柜抽屉小室的门与断路器或隔离开关的操作手柄设有机械联锁装置,只有手柄在分断的位置时门才能开启。

◆受电开关、联络开关及MCC柜的抽屉具有四个位置:抽出位置、隔离位置、试验位置、连接位置。

◆抽屉层高的模数为200mm,最小模数可以做到1 50mm,抽屉安装单元有效高度1 800mm。

There is a partitionbetween the rooms to ensure safety.The door of the drawer compartment of the cabinet and the operating handle of the circuit breaker or disconnector are equipped with a mechanicalinterlocking device. The door can only be opened when the handle is in the off position.The drawer of receiving switch, contact switch and MCC cabinet has four positions: extraction position, isolation position, test position and connection position.The module of drawer layer height is 200 mm, the minimum module can be 150 mm, and the effective height of drawer insallation unit is 1800 mm.
