结构说明

开关柜基本结构由C型材组装而成，结构件使用敷铝锌板制作。结构设计先进，工艺成熟，结构紧凑,組装灵活，通过自攻锁紧螺钉和8.8级六角螺钉紧固互相连接成基本柜架，再按方案变化需要，加上相应的门、封板、隔板、安装支架，以及母线、功能单元等零件，组装成一台完整的装置， 装置内零部件尺寸，隔室尺寸，实行模数化(E=25mm)。垂直通道及一: =次接插件均改为GCK柜的形式，水平母线放置柜顶，顶盖可开启，方便施工;柜体装有后门,采用后出线方式，使电缆上、下进出均十分方便。在保持原有工作性能及外观的同时，实现安全可靠，安装、检测、维修便捷并降低生产成本。柜体防护等级IP4X。
